The hotel is about 2.5 km, from the center of Florence; an easy walk and a good way to to work off the gelato! The hotel and grounds are sumptuous and the staff courteous and professional in every way...
Areas for improvement:
OK - as per previous reviews, the pillows were sort of flat, but everything was so great otherwise, that to dwell on this very minor detail is churlish.

Though we visited in the fall, the room was a tad toasty. We didn't want to open our window being that we were right on the first floor so having a fan would have been really helpful!

The Villa was beautiful with an old world charm. You would never know it was located in a very busy part of the town. Roland was extremely helpful taking the time to provide the highlights of Firenze.

Not a complaint, but a suggestion... provide small sized wash clothes for your guests.
